Purple sea moss is packed with the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs daily throughout pregnancy such as folate, magnesium, calcium, iodine, phosphorus and so much more.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that sea moss may help with nausea and increase milk supply. Purple sea moss truly makes a great product for the whole family considering how nutrient dense it is – nature’s multi vitamin! Can be ingested or used topically on dry skin / acne / eczema / hair.

Hydrate: Rub off seasalt and soak for 6 - 8 hours. Add lemons or limes to cut sea smell & taste. Do not add citrus if making a topical application as it could irritate broken skin. Seasalt could be used for cooking or added back in while making gel.

Cleanse: Drain and rinse with fresh water to wash away any impurities. Old water could always be used for watering plants!

Blend with spring or filtered water till desired consistency.

Jar: Store gel in a glass jar, refrigerate and enjoy! Good for 3 - 4 weeks in the fridge and 4 - 6 months frozen. If made into gummies 2 years.

Dose: 1 - 2 tablespoons per day. 1 - 2 teaspoons for kids!
