Choosing Delivery vs. Shipping

  • Please select Local Delivery for all Calgary-based orders, including extended areas such as Airdrie, Okotoks, and Chestermere. Delivery rates vary outside Calgary city limits. If our system does not calculate the correct rate, a separate invoice will be sent to adjust charges based on your address.
  • Please select Shipping for all orders outside of our local delivery zones.
  • We ship within Canada only.

Local Delivery

Delivery Window Times

  • Weekdays: 3:00–5:00 PM (one delivery window)
  • Saturdays: 1:00–3:00 PM

These are general delivery windows. Delivery times may occasionally fall outside these windows, especially during high-volume periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. Holidays may also effect windows.
🚫 Exact delivery times cannot be booked. ( Unless you book and pay for uberconnect)

📝 Order Comments:
You are welcome to request an earlier or later delivery by leaving a note in the order comments at checkout. While specific times cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate requests outside of peak holiday periods.

Outside of peak holidays, weekday deliveries operate within a single delivery window (3:00–5:00 PM).

Peak Holiday Deliveries

(Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas)

  • You may select delivery date only.
  • Typical delivery windows during peak periods are:
    • 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • No specific time requests can be accommodated during peak periods.
  • Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the order.
  • We only offer additional time slots for the days during peak times.

Orders will be left at the door unless you request otherwise. If an order cannot be left, a neighbour is unavailable, and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.

To avoid delays, please ensure:

  • A recipient phone number is provided
  • Apartment buzzer codes and access details are accurate

Exact-Time Deliveries (Optional)

If you require an exact delivery time, delivery must be arranged via Uber Courier. This service is charged separately and includes courier fees, service charges, and driver tip.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Weekdays: Order by 12:00 PM
  • Saturdays: Order by 9:00 AM
  • Available only on days we are open

🚫 No delivery on Sundays, Tuesdays, or select holidays.
Special deliveries may be arranged via Uber Courier, subject to availability.

Weather & Service Disruptions

Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery days or times. Peak holidays may have adjusted delivery windows—please review all delivery notes carefully when placing your order.

Need a last-minute or urgent delivery outside normal hours?
We can arrange delivery via Uber Connect. Rates are based on destination and invoiced separately.

Delivery Rates

Calgary (City-Wide):

  • $15

Outside Calgary:

  • $24 – Bearspaw, Springbank, Balzac, Chestermere
  • $29 – Airdrie & Cochrane
  • $35 – Priddis & Okotoks

If our system does not correctly apply the delivery rate, a follow-up invoice will be issued. Deliveries will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

Large Plants

Plants 12” or larger are not available for shipping. These items may be delivered locally at varying rates—please contact us directly to arrange delivery.

Inventory Notice

While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, discrepancies may occur. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Canada Shipping Policy

  • We ship across Canada.
  • Live plants are shipped seasonally, weather permitting.
  • Orders may be held during extreme temperatures to protect plant health.

Live Plant Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping live plants carries inherent risk. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays or damage during transit. Most couriers do not insure live goods.

All live plants are final sale and shipped at the buyer’s risk. Transit may cause stress or cosmetic damage, and recovery time may be required. Plants ordered in Eastern provinces will be shipped on Mondays only to allow sufficient transit time and avoid weekend warehouse sit times. Weather may shift when the orders leave our facility.

Non-Plant Items

  • Non-plant items include up to $100 shipping insurance
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery scan
