Please choose delivery for all Calgary based orders ( and extended areas including, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere rates are different for outside Calgary addresses, if it’s not calculating properly a separate invoice will be sent to rectify charges due to our system detection).

We only ship within Canada. 

Local Delivery

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Offered Monday, Thursday, Friday cut off 12pm. Saturday 10:00am.

No delivery Sundays or Tuesdays and Wednesday and certain holidays. Special delivery times can be made if needed and based on availability.

DELIVERY WINDOW -Weekday deliveries will be delivered 3-5pm , Saturdays 1-3pm. These are estimations only and sometimes delivery can fall outside these windows. 

* Weather or other causes can effect delivery days and times. Special occasions like mother's day or valentines will have different delivery windows. Make sure to read any information pertaining to your order when making purchases to help us streamline your orders.

Need a last minute delivery that's outside our normal delivery times in a hurry? We got you - using Uberconnect we can send anything last minute ( rates provided with address destination, invoiced separately).

$15  Calgary CITY WIDE  

Outside of the city:

$24  Bearspaw, Springbank , Balzac, Chestermere

$29  Airdrie & Cochrane 

$35  Priddis & Okotoks

If our system does not detect and properly charge fee we will send an invoice for the remainder that can be paid over the phone or online with credit card. Deliveries will not go out until fully paid, to avoid delays or issues with your order please pay promptly.

 Large plants that are 12" or more are  not available shipping. They can be delivered, but have different rates so please contact us to book for these.

We try our best to keep our inventory up to date, but on occasion we will have discrepancies on our stock. We will notify you in these cases for refunds or exchanges.

 

Canada Shipping

Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada. Live plants can be shipped during cooler seasons, depending on weather conditions. Orders may be held if extreme temperatures (e.g. deep freezes or heat waves) pose a risk.

Please note that shipping live plants carries inherent risks. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for damage or delays during transit. Buyers assume full responsibility for live plant shipments, and most couriers do not insure live goods.

All plants are final sale and shipped at the buyer’s risk. Transit may cause stress or cosmetic damage to plants, and recovery time may be needed.

Non-plant items include up to $100 shipping insurance. If any item arrives damaged, you must submit a claim within 24 hours of the delivery scan.
