Shipping Policy
We ship across Canada. Live plants can be shipped during cooler seasons, depending on weather conditions. Orders may be held if extreme temperatures (e.g. deep freezes or heat waves) pose a risk.
Please note that shipping live plants carries inherent risks. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for damage or delays during transit. Buyers assume full responsibility for live plant shipments, and most couriers do not insure live goods.
All plants are final sale and shipped at the buyer’s risk. Transit may cause stress or cosmetic damage to plants, and recovery time may be needed.
Non-plant items include up to $100 shipping insurance. If any item arrives damaged, you must submit a claim within 24 hours of the delivery scan. You must include photos of damaged goods to help resolve issue with shipper. If replacements can be sent they will be sent, if not a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the situation. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed.
