Return Policy
In Store purchases
Most items are final sale this includes seeds, soil, plants, books, earrings, flowers etc.
The following items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or customer account purchase history:
-Unused planters and vases, or other vessels
-Necklaces or rings( if adjustable rings have been adjusted from original setting they will not be eligible for return or exchange)
-Plastic trays and/or pots unused condition only
Online orders
Online orders are to be picked up within 48 hours of pickup date requested- we will not hold orders, however we can make exceptions if pickup dates need to be adjusted.Orders that have not been picked up after attempts to connect with purchaser are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
For in-store pickup orders, if the purchaser is unresponsive after multiple attempts to notify customer order is ready for pickup and the order is not collected within 30 days of original notification, we reserve the right to release the items. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.
If you have received a delivered or shipped item and it's eligible for exchange or return it must be brought or sent to the store within 14 days of purchase date in the same condition at purchasers own cost. Items purchased online like seeds or plants are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Fresh items, such as flowers, are made on or for the requested pickup date. Delays in pickup may affect the freshness and quality of these items, and this is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds or replacements will be provided for items affected by delayed pickup.
Booking & No-Show Policy for services.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else.
No-shows or missed appointments will result in the full booking fee being charged and are non-refundable.
