To transplant: Get into the ground where their forever home will be before it starts to get too warm in Calgary around mid early to mid May. . They like to established and don't like moving around. Dig a hole large enough to fit root ball comfortably. Back fill soil and lightly tamp down to the base of plant. Water in well and sit back and wait for your beautiful peonies to bloom.
