Forest Sound Bath | Workshop

Join us for this immersive experience. Indulge in this sensory of scent, sound, breath and plant-medicine.  Sound therapy is one of the oldest forms of healing vibrations. Crystal bowls, combined with breath techniques and the scents of flowers, terpenes and plants, this session is created to induce a deep state of relaxation, improve mental clarity, activate and clear stagnant energy centres.
