Orchids are found on nearly every continent in the world — with the exception of Antarctica. In botanical terms, plants with such wide natural distribution are considered cosmopolitan: globally rooted, quietly sophisticated, and enduring.

Long associated with elegance, love, and strength, orchids have traditionally symbolized deep appreciation and lasting bonds. Gifting an orchid arrangement is said to honour connection and nurture the relationship between giver and recipient.

Design & Availability

Each arrangement is thoughtfully composed using seasonal flowers and premium greens, centred around a striking orchid stem. To ensure freshness and reduce waste, designs will vary based on availability.

Available as a hand-tied bouquet or arranged in a vase. Vase option will be a rose glass vase or a similar style best suited to the arrangement.

What to Expect in Your Arrangement

• One mini cymbidium orchid stem or a comparable orchid of similar look or market value
• Seasonal supporting blooms such as scabiosa, chrysanthemums, carnations, or ranunculus
• Premium greens including eucalyptus, Italian ruscus, lepidium, and similar foliage

Our Sustainable Floral Practices

Sustainability is central to how we work with flowers.

• Flowers are wrapped using paper, twine, or raffia — all recyclable or compostable materials
• No floral foam is used in any of our arrangements
• Only recyclable or reusable materials are used for vase arrangements
• Hand-tied bouquets are sent in fully compostable aqua bags (including the tape)
• Paper bags and paper flower boxes are used whenever possible and can be reused or recycled

In freezing temperatures only, a clear plastic protective bag may be used to prevent damage to flowers during transit. This bag can be reused as a household recycling liner.

*Compostable aqua bags are certified suitable for industrial composting and tested by TÜV Austria to meet EN 13432, ASTM D 6400-04, AS 4736 (2006), and ISO 17088 (2012) standards for compostability, biodegradability, eco-toxicity, and material characteristics.
