The Caviar Rose Finger Lime (Citrus australasica ‘Caviar Rose’) exhibits a softer, more delicate coloration compared to deeper red cultivars. The fruit typically presents a green to olive-toned exterior, sometimes with a subtle bronze or faint blush undertone as it matures.

Internally, the vesicles (“citrus caviar”) display a refined palette of pale pink to blush rose hues. These translucent juice pearls ունեն a luminous, almost pearlescent quality, giving them an elegant and understated visual appeal. The gentle pink coloration, combined with their glossy texture, makes ‘Caviar Rose’ particularly valued for applications where a lighter, more sophisticated aesthetic is desired.

Light: Full sun to very bright light; requires high light levels for optimal growth and fruit production.
Water: Keep soil consistently moist but well-drained; allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid waterlogging.
Fertilizer: With active growth (even in winter) we recommend using a fertilizer based for foliage plants like Bios Nutrients, Gaia Green 4-4-4 or fish fertilizer. Citrus-specific fertilizers can also be beneficial for fruiting specimens.
Pet Friendly: Not considered toxic, but thorns and citrus oils may cause mild irritation if ingested.
