Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is for all orders going within Calgary or our extended delivery zone 

(Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere ).  Shipping applies to orders going outside of Calgary or our extended delivery zone.

Local Delivery

*Same day delivery Monday to Sunday . Please note we are closed Tuesdays. Cutoff for delivery on weekends is 10:30 and through the week is 1pm  If buying flowers for a future date this will be organized no problem!

* Weather or other causes can delay same day delivery. We will pack and get orders out as fast as we can. If you want things delivered for a future date please get in touch after your purchase.

Need a last minute delivery in a hurry? We got you - using Uberconnect we can send anything last minute ( rates provided with address destination, invoiced separately).

 Large plants that are 12" or more are  not available shipping. They can be delivered, but have different rates so please contact us to book for these.

We try our best to keep our inventory up to date, but on occasion we will have discrepancies on our stock. We will notify you in these cases for refunds or exchanges.

Canada Shipping

Shipping is throughout Canada and for live plants will be weather permitting. Jewelry and other items that aren't cold sensitive will be shipped year round. We are currently working with Canada Post shipping.

Shipped plants are at the purchasers risk. Sometimes shipping can stress plants out and they will take time to bounce back or acclimate. If plants are dead on arrival please notify us with pictures within 24 hours for claims.
